Innovative startup Homes4All – on the occasion of the recent presentation to current members and stakeholders of its business model and investment opportunities – announced the recent entry of new members and resolved a capital increase with a one million euro premium.
Homes4All also announced the launch, from 30 October 2020, of the Equity Crowdfunding campaign on the LITA.co platform, with a collection target of up to 300 thousand euros.
The President and Founder of Homes4All, Mario Montalcini declared: “We are pleased to launch this important fundraising campaign with a partner of excellence such as LITA.co. and we hope that the campaign will meet the interest of investors in supporting a project with an economic return with a high social impact to increasingly contrast the housing emergency, through a model that aims to scale nationally. The project is proceeding in a virtuous way, thanks also to the support of its partners, the funding received from the Social Innovation Fund of the Presidency of the Council and the synergistic path started with the City of Turin, which assists and supports “Homes4All – in Turin the right to ‘dwelling is innovating “in a concrete and constructive way, with the collaboration of the Turin Chamber of Commerce and Turin Social Impact in assessing the impact it will generate in the future”
