Homes4All is an innovative startup and a certified B Corp Benefit Corporation since 2022, created with the aim of promoting free access to housing and urban regeneration through the involvement of a network of private investors.
We chose to be a Benefit Corporation, integrating in our corporate purpose not only profit objectives but also the aim of having a positive impact on people, communities, territories, the environment, cultural and social assets, and other stakeholders.
This is not about Social Enterprises or an evolution of non-profit organizations, but rather a positive transformation of traditional for-profit business models, making them more suited to the challenges and opportunities of 21st-century markets.
