The project

"Homes4All- in Turin the right to housing is innovating" is an impact finance project to face the housing emergency promoted by the City of Turin together with the Chamber of Commerce of Turin, Brainscapital s.r.l. Società Benefit, Homers s.r.l Società Benefit and ACMOS Association.
Homes4All promotes an innovative housing strategy through the identification of empty or occupied property, falling from different legal forms (judicial auctions, vacant apartments, donations) to be entrusted for their management to a startup. The company proceeds, in case of empty housing, to renovate, enhance or make available to social rent channels and, in case of occupied housing, to support tenants in case of debt situations.
The project also focuses on the promotion of participatory, collaborative and inclusive housing mechanisms, which finds in the ecosystem of Torino Social Impact (the platform that brings together more than eighty stakeholders that deal in various ways with social innovation and impact economy on the territory) the optimal context for its development.
Homes4All has obtained from the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, under the Fund for Social Innovation, a funding of 150 thousand euro for the realization of a feasibility study, i.e. Phase 1 which ended in 2020, while in 2022 it is scheduled to begin Phase 2 of the 'experimentation'. Finally, upon passing phase 2, the last phase is reached, which envisages the 'replicability' of the project on a national scale.
