SUPPORT
Realizes, together with the family and the social services, a personalized intervention project based on the needs of the nucleus
MONITORING
Monitors the nucleus for the entire duration of the process to evaluate the results achieved and be able to intervene promptly in case of criticality
FACILITATION
Facilitates the empowerment of the household and decreases the risk of the household being dragged back into difficult situations.

Support
- Create a personalized accompaniment project based on the needs of the family unit, jointly prepared by social services and the family itself
Monitoring
- Monitors the nucleus for the entire duration of the path to evaluate the results achieved and to be able to promptly intervene in case of criticality
- Assists tenants through: (Meetings coordination with social services, scheduled visits to the tenant family, support for insertion or re-insertion into the world of work, promotion of financial education workshops, support in the recovery of rents)
Facilitation
- Promotes the enpowerment of the nucleus and reduces the risk of it being dragged back into difficult situations
